Payment Options:Personal Cheque Personal cheques will have to be cleared before before delivery. This takes 5-9 days depending on your bank. You might wish to consider a bank cheque. In which case your order will be processed and sent as soon as possible. Mail cheques to:
Credit Card We accept Visa and Mastercard transactions through our secure purchasing page. Orders will have to await for bank verification. This will usually be done the on the next weekday. Please insure to note your payment REFERENCE NUMBER associated with your deposit (hold all reciepts-in case). To do this inform the bank clerk. This will make it easier for us to keep track of. Email us after you've made your deposit so we can check our records and go ahead with your purchase ASAP (this in most cases will be the same day). Direct Deposit If you are a ANZ customer you may bank direct using the BILL PAYEE NUMBER: 1732 which will automatically debit your account and make an instant transfer.
Delivery Information:In NZ is via overnight courier. We will try to send it out the same day when possible. A lot depends on stock on hand and back orders. So at worst please allow a few days. If you haven't received your order within 5 days. Please email us at awarenz@legalhighs.co.nz and we will do our best to remedy the problem. Australian and other Pacific orders allow 3-6 days for delivery. Freight maybe (not usually) an additional cost depending on where you are and the weight of the goods. At most you will be charged the COST of shipping. New shipping option: pay 1/2 cost of air-freight (usually $10-$15 NZD). For 7-14 day service.
100% Refund Policy:All transactions are 100% refundable. Please advise us if you are unhappy and we will credit your account on return of the product. You will be refunded on the PRODUCT RETURNED. Therefore if you return 1/2 a bottle, expect half your money back. This is of course assuming the product has not been altered (eg. watered down).
